Satyasaar is a luxury devotional art brand founded by Rachit Jain, dedicated to crafting hand-finished sculptures and sacred objects that honour India's spiritual heritage. Our website at satyasaar.com (the "Website") is operated by Satyasaar.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our Website and any purchase made through it. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Satyasaar ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing our Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Using Our Website

You may use our Website for lawful personal purposes only. You agree not to:

Products & Pricing

All products offered on our Website are subject to availability. We take every care to present our products accurately, including images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, texture and finish may occur due to the hand-crafted nature of our pieces — this is a characteristic of authenticity, not a defect.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time you place your order will be honoured, unless a pricing error has occurred. In such a case, we will notify you and allow you to confirm or cancel the order.

Promotional prices, discounts and coupon codes are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order on Satyasaar constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We accept the following payment methods through our secure Razorpay payment gateway:

• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• UPI (all major UPI apps)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• EMI options through eligible cards
• Digital Wallets
• Cash on Delivery (orders under ₹ 50,000, subject to availability at your pincode)

All online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS certified gateway. Satyasaar does not store your card details. By completing payment, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have the authorisation to use it.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions or logistics partner constraints. Satyasaar shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Title and risk of the product pass to you upon delivery. For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and local charges applicable in the destination country.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Satyasaar purchase. If for any reason you are not, our Returns Policy is as follows:

• Return window: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice
• Process: Email us at care@satyasaar.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation within 2 business days
• Return shipping: For defective or incorrectly dispatched items, we bear the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

In the event of a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Satyasaar website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photography, videography, logos, brand identity, sculptures and artistic works — is the exclusive intellectual property of Satyasaar and its creators, protected under Indian and international copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any content from our Website without our prior written consent
• You may share links to our Website on social media for non-commercial purposes
• The Satyasaar name, logo and all associated marks are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorisation
• Product images may not be used for any commercial purpose, resale or reproduction

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes an infringement and we will take appropriate legal action to protect our rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Satyasaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or products, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of information on our Website. Our Website is provided on an "as is" basis.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising.
